I spied these little stuffed animal sleeping bags from StashBook… Adorable or WHAT! I think I want some for my teddies (yes.. I DO have some teddies… doesn’t everyone?). This is a perfect Gotta Make it for Kids project. Let them pick out the fabrics, maybe help sew (it DOES look easy!)… or maybe you just make them for fun because you can!

Speaking of kids.. while at the Stashbook site I saw this new book of Count Down Calendars.. be still my heart! Really count down to… well.. just about everything! Countdown to Birthday, Countdown to school starting.. maybe countdown to a move, vacation, baby brother arriving. How exciting and fun. It’s a TRUE Gotta Make it and I want to make the heart, the cones… no wait.. the little one on the rolex! Many of these could be done in paper instead of fabric.

And this one is a freebie, thank you StashBooks! I like it because it’s not seasonal.. so you can use school fabrics to make a countdown to school.. or baby fabric for baby arrival…
