My really great buddy, Eileen Hull, is a dye developer for Sizzix. I don’t use dyes, but Eileen assures me they are easy and she even asked me to be on her blog hop to prove it to me! She is hosting this hop with 75 designers, featuring her new set of dies called “Fresh Vintage.”
So every Tuesday and Thursday for the next six weeks, one of the 12 dies in Eileen’s collection will be featured by several designers so that you can see different ways to use them… love that!
This project is one by Eileen’s using her box and fringed flower. I’m on the tail end of the hop, so stay tuned!
The fringed flower really caught my attention, as several people used them with fabric. I have fabric. I bet YOU have fabric! Ann Butler shows off a necklace that you can change out the flower on. I’m ALL for that!
Carla Schauser made a Fall Banner. She layered paper flowers, putting a button in the middle and at her blog you can see how she added the word FALL. I wish I had a mantle to hang this on. Maybe it would look great on my piesafe!
Visit Eileen’s blog each week to pick up great tips and tricks on how to make a dye go a long way!
